[Solved] Fabled Raven

Is discarding for an effect of Fabled Raven (Fiend Roar Deity Raven on KCVDS) considered a cost or an effect? Wikia says effect, and I concur but I have opposed statements

Raven Eff its not considered a cost its only an effect so it can be combines with Darkworlds Monsters Eff

Thanks, that's what I meant because I dueled a "pro" and he was all-like "I know the rules, you can't do that." Just stupid.

He cant be a pro if he dont know that rulling but i dont blame him, DW monsters have lots of damn stupid rullings hard to get. the problem withthem is not that u cant activate the eff because the the eff that discarded a monster is a cost its just that sometimes eff are applied at the same time u discarded the monster ( like Raigeki Break - snipe hunter - PWWB ... etc ) so ur DW monster effect miss the timing because another eff is aplied at the same time so the one that have to miss hes timing is the Darkworld monsters. thats an anoying rulling
